COMMON APPLICATIONS

When your brand color has to be exact, or the design covers the whole screen (photos, renderings, gradients, multi-color logos), we print edge to edge in full color on white mesh. Developers use it for fence wraps that show the finished project. Contractors use it for branded jobsite screens. Schools and facilities use it for stadium and field graphics, and event organizers for fence banners and backdrops.

HOW IT'S MADE

Starting from white mesh lets our UV printers lay down the full image, background included, so the colors in your file are reproduced instead of being limited to a stock mesh color. Mesh lets wind pass through, which makes it a practical choice for fences. Everything is printed in the USA at our Pennsylvania facilities, seamless up to 16 ft wide.

ARTWORK TIPS

Build art at 1:12 scale in CMYK at 300 dpi, and email production files to dan@quietvalleyproducts.com. Keep text and logos away from the edges, where hems and grommets go. A $75 artwork setup fee applies per order, and shipping is quoted separately. For a single logo on a stock color, Printed Windscreen is the simpler option.
