These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed with Quiet Valley Printing LLC, doing business as Quiet Valley Products (“Quiet Valley Products,” “we,” “us”), through quietvalleyproducts.com, by phone, or by email. By placing an order or checking the box at checkout, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

2. Custom, made-to-order products
Our products (including printed and plain windscreens, mesh and vinyl banners, fence wraps, Building Wraps and Oversized Banners, and printed netting) are made to order to your specifications. Production begins after you approve your proof. Because each item is custom, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded after proof approval, except as described in Section 9 (Defects).
3. Proofs and your approval
We provide a digital proof (including the instant online proof) for your review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the proof, including spelling, wording, numbers, logo placement, layout, sizes, quantities and colors. Once you approve a proof, we will produce your order as shown, and we are not responsible for errors that appear on an approved proof.
4. Colors
Colors shown on screens and in digital proofs are approximate and vary by monitor, device and settings. Printed colors on mesh, vinyl and netting may differ from on-screen colors and from other materials. If exact color matching is important, provide CMYK or Pantone references with your artwork and ask us about color matching before you approve your proof. Minor color variation is not a defect.
5. Artwork and your rights to use it
You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, trademarks, photos, text and other content you provide (“Artwork”), and that printing it does not infringe anyone’s rights or violate any law. You agree to indemnify and hold Quiet Valley Products harmless from any claims, damages or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your Artwork. We may refuse to print any content at our discretion. Artwork setup fees, where listed, are non-refundable once artwork work has begun.
6. Prices, payment and when your card is charged
Prices are shown at checkout or on your quote and are in U.S. dollars. When you place an order online, your card is authorized and securely saved, and it is charged when your order ships (or is ready to ship). Sales tax is added where required.
7. Shipping
Shipping cost is not included in the online price. We calculate shipping after your order is placed and add it to your order total before your card is charged. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier. Please inspect your shipment on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier.
8. Lead times
Production and delivery times we provide are estimates, not guarantees. Lead times begin after proof approval and can be affected by order size, material availability, carrier delays, weather and other events outside our control. We are not liable for delays, but we will keep you informed if your order is affected.
9. Defects and claims
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (for example, a printing or finishing error that does not match your approved proof) or is damaged in shipping, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery at dan@quietvalleyproducts.com, with your order number and photos. If we confirm a defect, we will, at our option, repair, reprint or replace the affected item, or issue a credit or refund for that item. Claims made after 7 days, or for items that have been altered, misused or improperly installed, may not be accepted. Products covered by our Limited Warranty are also subject to its terms.
10. Installation and use
You are responsible for proper installation, use and maintenance of products, including fence and structure capacity, wind conditions, and compliance with local codes, permits and safety rules. Safety and debris netting must be selected, installed and inspected by your qualified or competent person in line with applicable regulations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiet Valley Products’ total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, delays, installation or removal costs, or damage to property, even if advised of their possibility. Except as stated in these Terms and our Limited Warranty, products are provided without other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
