Solid 18 oz vinyl is the right material for the signs around a ballpark: sponsor boards, championship banners, scoreboard and press-box signage, and banners for the dugout, concession stand and entrance gate. It takes full-color, edge-to-edge printing, so logos, photos and sponsor artwork come out crisp.
VINYL VS. MESH AT THE FIELD
Vinyl is solid, so it catches wind. Use it for individual banners, indoor batting facilities, walls and sheltered areas. For long outfield runs, mesh is the better choice because it lets wind through (see our 9 oz baseball windscreen). Many programs combine the two: mesh on the fence and vinyl sponsor signs in key spots.
