Description
18 OZ VINYL BANNER
18 oz vinyl is our heavy, solid banner material: a polyester scrim with PVC, 1000 x 1000 denier. Because it's solid, it gives the boldest, most saturated full-color prints and blocks the view completely. That makes it the go-to for signs that have to be read and remembered.
COMMON USES
- Business, grand-opening and promotional banners
- Gym, field house and indoor arena banners
- Sponsor banners for tennis, baseball and football
- Jobsite signs: project ID, safety and logistics
- Event backdrops, step-and-repeat walls and trade show graphics
VINYL OR MESH?
Vinyl is solid, so it catches wind. Indoors and in sheltered spots that doesn't matter, and vinyl gives the sharpest image. For large outdoor banners on fences or buildings, choose mesh, which lets wind pass through.
PRINT & FINISHING
Print anything from a single-color logo with basic information to a full-color, edge-to-edge high-resolution graphic, UV-printed in the USA and seamless up to 16 ft wide. Banners are finished with a heat-sealed perimeter and grommets, and pole pockets on request. Build art in CMYK at 1:12 scale and 300 dpi, or let our design team build a free mock-up.
