Description
8 OZ MESH BANNER: THE ALL-PURPOSE FENCE BANNER
8 oz mesh is our most versatile, economical banner material. It's 1000 x 1000 denier polyester scrim with a PVC coating, built for fence wraps and outdoor banners that face wind. It's light enough to install easily, prints sharply and lets about 35% of air pass through.
WHO USES IT
- Contractors: printed construction fence wraps (see construction mesh)
- Athletics: tennis, baseball and football windscreens (see tennis)
- Events: festival and concert fencing, race and fundraising banners
- Businesses: perimeter branding, parking lot screens, grand openings
- Large graphics: stadium wraps, fence murals and Building Wraps and Oversized Banners
MESH OR VINYL?
If a banner is large, outdoors or mounted on a fence, mesh is usually the right choice because wind passes through it. If it's small, indoors or sheltered and needs the most vivid color, choose 18 oz vinyl.
8 OZ OR 9 OZ?
8 oz is lighter and more economical, ideal for shorter projects and long fence runs. 9 oz mesh is stronger and more opaque for long-term or high-visibility installs.
PRINT OPTIONS
Stock base colors with a one- or two-color print, or full-color edge-to-edge printing on white mesh. Printed seamless up to 16 ft wide in the USA.
